Guilty over lack of posting

I guess the main news is that Dads home and a lot better. The sparkle in his voice remains, and it sounds like he's getting better everyday.

A colleague at work managed to badly break his humourous bone last Friday, he ended up in hospital longer than my Dad - it just shows how things have changed in heart ops.

W's birthday tomorrow. We've not got anything planned, it will just be a birthday weekend - so anything she wants to do, we'll do. Unfortunatly I've got to work on Sunday (due to the arm break).

Depressingly I've given in on the HTPC for now, and will just be using it as a high spec PC. Basically I over engineered it, it was too noisy, too big, and too much hassle setting up - especially now you can buy a dvd recorder for around 100 bucks.
