Christmas Shopping

A miserably failed attempt at Christmas shopping tonight
- I left work early and spend loads of time looking for present. However with our $50 limit this year, it was impossible.

Normally we make up for lack of ideas by volume, just buying everything we think could possible be a hit - hoping that at least one of the presents purchased would be a winner. No such luck this year. Shopping skills are required, something I'm sorely lacking.

In the end I just bought us a pile of DVD's, something we do all the time and so not eligible as presents. Chief on the stack is the Audrey Hepburn collection - Wendy has declared me a raging gay for that one. The other three (War of the Worlds, Sin City, Da Kath & Kim code) we've already seen, which is often the case. However they are still worth a re-watch.
